Long evening dress in royal blue rich color. Characterized by the upper part (corset or bustier) made of velvet fabric adorned with small shiny dots, adding sparkle. The lower part is wide and flared made of shiny satin fabric. A wide satin belt is around the waist, tied with a bow or large knot to add a dramatic touch.
